SEARCHKING DOESN' T BUDGE IN LAWSUIT AGAINST GOOGLE

OKLAHOMA CITY SearchKing, Inc., the Oklahoma City Internet company suing
Internet giant Google Technology, announced today that their search rank
has been restored by Google. Now, when Internet users type SearchKing in
the Google search window, the company's web address pops up as the first
result of the search. During the time the suit was filed, SearchKing's
site didn't appear in the first 20 results of the same search.

Update:

SK (searchking) went to court suing Google and asking for the Google Algorithm (dream on) and restoration of its previous pagerank.

Long story short, the court told SK to eat its shorts. The judge has accepted Google's claim that the PageRank given to sites and pages is an "opinon" protected under the American constitutions (First Amendment), and not a "false fact".

So who the heck is SearchKing? They probably got high PR just because of people curious about the lawsuit.

LOL. He had a network of sites selling PageRank. It was concieved just to manipulate the Google algorithm. He got a lot of links, and high PageRank, then Google noticed the PageRank selling BS and cut his PR in half.
