Most submissions were made when we first went online, about a month and a half ago. To cut down on spam we changed the rules a bit - to require a submitter to be a Full Member ( 20 posts make you a Full Member). A lot of would-be submitters didn't want to participate in the forums, so I think that lead to a decline in interest. :?

I like the Idea. Those are some preetty kewl prizes. You need to create some webmater-forum.net decals to display on the shirts.
